At The Cake Bakery, we refuse boxed cake mixes, chemical stabilizers, and pre-whipped shortenings. We believe every cake should taste as good as it looks. We crack whole pasture-raised eggs, sift unbleached stone-ground wheat flour, and temper Callebaut Belgian chocolate.
Our berry preserves are simmered slowly in our kitchen from seasonal raspberries and blackberries, and our frostings are silky Swiss meringue buttercreams that melt on the tongue with balanced sweetness.
